Hi !
I started working on this an came to a consideration:
For this to be general, we need to define custom types for the server
functions. For instance, {{{insert_metadata}}} would be of the type:
{{{
string, (string*string) list -> unit
}}}
Hence, I believe these types should be the same as for the functions
in the language. This is the most natural solution, and it would just give
{{{server.register}}} a very nice semantics.
However, since the language is about to be changed in important ways, I
believe this feature should be worked out after these change have
occured..
