You have the access rights already, so a simple "svn commit
src/sources/noise.ml" should do. But, since you're asking, I suggest that
you attach your patch in this ticket so I can review it quickly before you
commit. As said above, it appears that this operator needs (slightly) more
than this quick fix, and I'd prefer that everything is done once and for
all.
