now testing script with "dummy" operators....
p.s. noticed some interesting things:
1. when live streams blank harbor thinks there's no network activiy.
2. at this moment liquidsoap constantly switches between live and
playlist back and forth (playlist sounds for less than 1 sec, then some
secs of blank live)
3. log is full of "no network activity for %n seconds"
