Note that there are other know causes for this type of problem: (1) heavy
load, preventing a timely preparation of the next file (2) inaccurate
estimation of the remaining time, which can be avoided by setting
conservative=true.
It would be great if you could reproduce your problem in a simple example,
if possible on a single file that you would send us. As shown with the ogg
example, we can fix things quickly when we can reproduce them.
