Just a quick comment to explain the nature of this error. The video_image
operator asked for the current content layer (at position off) but the
layer didn't end at the end of the frame. This means that the source#get
added heterogeneous data after off, which is not supposed to happen based
on the type (content kind) of that source.
I don't see an obvious problem in video_image and I would instead suspect
its child source. The heterogeneity could be in the number of audio
channels (if the audio decoder doesn't respect the required fixed number
of channels) or the operator who is in charge of creating the single video
channel.
