 I maintain my explanation: the last content layer is always allocated
 until the end of the frame, whether the fill is partial or not. Before
 filling, you ask for a content layer of a given type, you get either the
 current one or you get a fresh one, allocated until the end (notably
 because the Frame API doesn't know how much you might fill), then you put
 your data in it, set a break, and done. If you want to fill heterogeneous
 data, then you might ask for another layer at a later point (or this could
 be done indirectly) but this is forbidden here.
