(In [5136]) Fixed previous work on vorbis encoding.
It seems the end_of_stream logic was false:
this functions ends the logical vorbis stream embedded within
the ogg bytestream..
Hence, there's no need to reset ogg stream.
By the way, I noticed that the end_of_stream function in Vorbis.Encoder
is a dummy function, and another one, looking quite good and working here,
being commented out. Sam: do you know why ?
