(In [5286]) Seems I was wrong with part of the vorbis encoding rewrite:
header packets needs to be flushed out in order to generate a valid
vorbis stream. Also, icecast does some parsing of headers, so the
icecast listener stream was correct.
Also added a dump option to output.icecast.*, was very usefull for
debugging.
