Works for me, if the details are as I imagine:
* ocaml-mm has no dependency
* src/stream/frame.ml and generator.ml don't change
* the code gets cleaner afterwards (in particular, I'd like to see
src/sources/synthesized.ml used in all new sources, or an equivalent for
filters, etc)
