Ouch !! This seems a hard deadlock of liquidsoap, it shouldn't be too hard to spot. First, if you wan to avoid the shutodwn, add "restart=true" to your icecast outputs. However, this will not fix anything, but connection will be retried later if it failed. Secondly, could you provide the script for a proper debugging ?
