I have two separate machines running liquidsoap. 1.) I have a standalone workstation using input.alsa() for live dj input and output.icecast.flac() to stream hi-quality on the local network. The flac output stream is working fine. I have launched and listened to the stream with multiple client players without issue.
2.) I have a second instance with input.http() using the aforementioned flac stream to transcode to 128k mp3 and broadcast to the internet. I want these instances separate so I can fiddle with the live dj instance at will. On the second instance, I am getting an error on the input.http() stating that codec was unknown. Should I force the mime output of output.icecast.flac() or the mime input of input.http(). And if so, what should I force it to be? -- Chris Everest ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Stay on top of everything new and different, both inside and around Java (TM) technology - register by April 22, and save $200 on the JavaOne (SM) conference, June 2-5, 2009, San Francisco. 300 plus technical and hands-on sessions.
