Unfortunately, input.http does not support flac for the moment.
Flac decoding has only been enabled through external software decoders. 

The flac decoding api is not really easy to bind for ocaml so we haven't done 
it yet..

I will try to look at it, but in the mean time, I would advise you to use 
another format for your inter-liquidsoap communication. I know FLAC is 
lossless, but for now probably vorbis would be a better choice :)
