Hi, What request is it, did you put a simple path in your playlist file, is it absolute, remote, etc? Here are ways to find out what's happening to your request.
You should try to find out why the request was not prepared successfully. First, see if liquidsoap can decode your file: liquidsoap -r <file.ogg>. The next step is to get the request ID in your logs (RID) and look at the trace of the request: "trace <rid>" in the server.
