I'm back with my very small problem :-)
Following your instructions I use this code :
labomix = playlist(id="mood","/home/subflow/labo.lst")
add_timeout(10800.,{ ignore(server.execute("mood.reload"));10800. })
for instance:
Day 1
- liquidsoap start
- load labo.lst (only one track) and reload every 3 hours
- at 19h15 play the track 1
Day 2
I change the track in labo.lst = track 2
at 19h15 liquidsoap play again the track 1
Liquidsoap play track2 only at Day 3
each track is played two day evening

d'apres ce que je vois dans les log,
Liquid choisi un decoder pour le track de la playlist au premier chargement
mais malgré qu'il reload la liste toute les 3 heures
si je fait un changement dans la playlist il n'est pas pris en compte
immediatement car un decoder a deja été choisi pour le track antérieur
Dommage que liquidsoap ne "flush" pas a chaque reload
