Concerning the build error, I have nothing new for you. Like the others, all
I can say is make sure pervasives.cmi and ocamlc come from the same package
and haven't been modified.

I just wanted to give more details about our video support.

As far as I know we only have ogg/theora encoding right now. Romain and Sam
might have toyed with an mpeg support, but there isn't anything visible, so
it probably remained experimental; I might also be wrong and nothing has
ever been done.

Also, as you said, video is rationally like audio, so liquidsoap has the
same "limitation" for both: it has to decode and reencode everything. For
video, this has a much higher cost than for video, which is why I wanted to
warn.

That being said, I really hope you can get a working liq and play with our
video support!
