Hi,
With one show, after the audio has been re-encoded, a pronounced tape
hiss' has developed in the output. The audio files were created by
digitizing analog audio tapes. Locally, the hiss is minimal; streamed,
the hiss is quite pronounced and distracting.
I would like to apply a filter on this show's audio file. However,
I'm not sure which filter would be best. On my Marantz studio monitor
amp, I have decreased the hiss significantly by using 'Hi-Filter'.
What would be the equivalent filter in Liquidsoap that would do the
same job?
As you might have gathered, I've never implemented a filter. So,
I really have no idea which liquidsoap filter to use, how to
implement the filter, or what the syntax would look like for:
c = playlist.safe(mode="normal", "/usr/local/www/rcr/radio/current
/mp3/today-yap-mp3-32.pls")
[There's only one file in the .pls]
I'd like to implement the filter within the code block above, if possible.
This code block is part of a sequence.
Thanks,
Andre
