Hi Dave.

Trying a different dir yields the same results; I first tried putting
the media files in /home/username/music and /home/username/jingles
respectivly, and when that failed I tried the Root user, as you saw in
the log above.

As also suggested, I tried appending a trailling / to the end of the
directory structure (/jingles/ instead of just /jingles), but the same
log output was received.

About updating to the latest SVN revision, as of Saturday, the last
file to be generated was in December last year, and that was one of
the daily packages.

Anyone else have any ideas?
