Unfortunately, liquidsoap's win32 portaudio is widely untested so it
is not impossible that there is a bug somewhere there..

I have included Niki to this discussion since he is the last person
that actively worked on ocaml-portaudio and may have an idea about
this issue.

Another alternative would be to use a different input operator.
input.pulseaudio seems indicated. However, pulseaudio is not activated
as of now in win32's build. I will see what I can do about this one..
