Hmm that's weird. Just for the record, Liquidsoap filters encoded
metadata to avoid unfortunate leakage of sensible informations or
simply tag namespace noise. The default setting is:
  
set("encoder.encoder.export",["artist","title","album","genre","date","tracknumber","comment","track"])

However, as you can see, DATE and TRACKNUMBER should be exported.

You you send us a minimal script that we could use to try to reproduce
your issue?
