Hi,
I'd recommend using an eggdrop, tcl is a fairly simple programming
language, also you can output the metadata to a file, or a mysql database
and make the bot check it from there. A couple of years ago I used this
method, I was at my early eggdrop days, but it did work and we needed it on
an IRC channel because the metadata was not shown through the IceCast
server.
I'd very much help with this, since unfortunately I have no radio projects
I can work on, and I'm missing the action *sobs* - Drop me a line if I'm
