This won't change anything: queue management is not dependent on whether the source is "wanted", instead the source always tries to have "enough" stuff ready in case somebody suddenly needs it. Cheers, -- David PS for devs: What you describe would only be possible with a crazy kind of switch operator that would de-activate its sources while they are not needed.
