Hi David,

Thanks for replying so quickly!

This is very frustrating since all my streams have been down since March
26th.
I think your answer to Aleander Dal Farra is probably the root cause (or I
hope so)
since his output is very similar to mine.

  # == ICECAST MP3 64 OUTPUT - LS 1.0.x ==

     output.icecast(%mp3(samplerate=44100,bitrate=64,stereo=false),
       host="ruralcatholicradio.com",
       port=8008,
       password="******",
       mount="icmp3-64",
       name="Rural Catholic Radio",
       description="Classic Roman Catholic prayers, meditations, and music
- 64 kbps",
       genre="Christian, Catholic, Prayers, Music, Meditations, Religious",
       url="http://www.ruralcatholicradio.com";,
     radio)

I'm hoping that the addition of mean() will solve the problem. The problem
occurs with
all streams and bitrates (MP# and OGG).

Might be a good suggestion for the FAQ or docs to list the changes needed
in output from
ls 0.92 to ls 1.0.0. The way it is now, I have to test for barfs, then try
to figure
out what needs to be changed and with what. Trial and error is not exactly
the most
productive way of going about an important upgrade.

For example, with %vorbis it doesn't seem to like the qulity parameter as
written below:

output.icecast(%vorbis(samplerate=44100,bitrate=32,...,quality=-1.),description="foo",...).

but nowhere in the FAQ or the docs is it written what it should be.
Frustrating.

Thanks,
kronos
