i mean, the stream is coming with disturbance.
now i tried to install darkice 1.2 from source on raspbian on raspberrypi
model B.
i installed all the dependencies by the following command, this is from

sudo apt-get --no-install-recommends install build-essential

libflac-dev libmp4v2-dev libshout3-dev libmp3lame-dev
i got error like this

any idea?
i installed libmp3lame0 too.
