You can get the default settings for each encoder as follows:
$ liquidsoap 'print(%fdkaac)'
%fdkaac(afterburner=false,aot="mpeg2_he_aac_v2",bitrate=64,channels=2,samplerate=44100,sbr_mode=false,transmux="adts")
No output defined, nothing to do.
$ liquidsoap 'print(%mp3)'
%mp3(stereo,bitrate=128,samplerate=44100,id3v2=false)
No output defined, nothing to do.
$ liquidsoap 'print(%opus)'
%ogg(%opus(vbr="constrained",birate="auto",channels=2,samplerate=48000,frame_size=20.00,dtx=false))
No output defined, nothing to do.
