does it fail only when that specific source sends to harbor?

what happens if you swap the destination servers on the source so the problem 
stream is sent to the known working box?

will the problem stream work if sent to a standard *cast server?

what's in the logs for the app used to stream to the liq input harbor?

anymore log output from the problem box other than the included?
