I have been working on a javascript version of something like this. It
lets you edit the play list, search, move songs around.. then feeds one
song at a time from the play list to liquidsoap when liquidsoap asks for a
song.
Works reasonably well. Will actually run pretty well on a Raspberry Pi. I
haven't updated github with the lastest round of changes.. but you can take
a look. Right now, it's set to send the output to the local ALSA, but
changing it to icecast would be pretty simple.
