It is javaSCRIPT, not Java. Completely different programs.
The client side is actually a relatively 'standard' web page, with HTML and
Javascript. The server runs node and javascript talking to liquidsoap.
Since the server talks to liquidsoap using normal telnet, they actually
don't even need to run on the same computer.
I will say that I have not had much experience with accessability.. so I
can not say how well the page is designed for that.
Liquidsoap can do some of this with request_dynamic, but it does not have a
web interface. Liquidsoap is designed to move audio around.. not really
for creating playlists using a lot of dynamic searches and drag/drop of
songs.
