I'm not sure if this will help at this late stage, but I went digging in to
my bash history, and grabbed the packages I installed around the time I was
getting Liq compiling on my Deb stable.
I fear this incomplete, as the actual configure and make commands are lost
to the winds so there might be more, but hopefully this'll take care of the
worst of the dependencies for you:
apt-get install ocaml-native-compilers ocaml-findlib libfaad-dev
libflac-dev ladspa-sdk libladspa-ocaml-dev libsamplerate-dev libavutil-dev
libffms2-dev libavcodec-dev libswscale-dev libfrei0r-ocaml-dev dssi-dev
libxmlm-ocaml-dev liblo-dev libpcre-ocaml-dev libpcre-ocaml-dev libre2-dev
libpcre3-dev libgettext-ocaml-dev
You may also have to opam install base-bytes to get things to work on
Debian. (I have also lost those commands)
