Some how base-bytes is already istalled, the latest copy anyway. I got the
error message of
[NOTE] Package base-bytes is already installed (current version is legacy).
Opus.pc is sill missing, Ogg, flac and mp3 are now install. Also aacplus.pc
is also missing, that is not in apt-get. Nor is the first thing I mentioned. I
have to actually take the time to go through the other encoders when I'm more
awake. This is turning out to be harder then I thought.
