`aot="mpeg2_he_aac"` works with all bitrate, samplerate configuration but
outputs to audio/aac
I have extensively tested `aot="mpeg2_he_aac_v2"` with all bitrate,
samplerate configuration and also with different parameters like
`afterburner=true, transmux="adts", sbr_mode=true`. but nothing works with
`aot="mpeg2_he_aac_v2"`
liquidsoap terminated with
```
Error when starting output Demo_Stream_24kbps: Invalid configuration!
Raised by primitive operation at file "fdkaac.ml", line 217, characters 4-19
```
I think the issue maybe related to
