I have installed fdkaac with following steps
# add the following to the sources list
deb http://www.deb-multimedia.org testing main non-free
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install deb-multimedia-keyring
sudo apt-get update
opam depext fdkaac
opam install fdkaac
