Anyway, in `41k_source_output.ogg` the degradation may not be as clearly 
audible - but the distortion is clearly present. It becomes more audible when 
we compare both files in audio editor.

In this attachment: left channel is OPUS (with noticeable hiss), right channel 
is the original file.

And this is what can be seen when we open `41k_source_output.ogg` in editor and 
switch to spectral frequency display:
