@autonarcosis I didn't mean to imply that the output was 44.1 just the input
file, to see if there is any difference if the source is different.
Thank you for the info about the external file, I didn't double check the file
that the online encoder produced as there was just an opus button. Will look
for a different online encoder to check that again.
@toots I installed `libsamplerate` now in our container and re-encoded the
original again, it seems better but there is still something off with the
voice:
