@toots Myself and @Vaalyn played with things a little further and realized that
when we originally included `libsamplerate` we didn't also include the
corresponding OCaml connector for it. Once that was included as well, it
appears the issue has gone away. As soon as we can, we'll get updated Docker
images up that include the fix. Thanks again for your help! :)
