Thanks for chiming in y'all. I think that at the end of the day we also want to meet people where they are and, for open source communities, it seems that this discord at the moment.
I had a quick search on the internet about accessibility and screen readers for discord. It seems that they used to be terrible but are getting better at it. Can anyone confirm?
