debian/sawfish.install is not autogenerated and is now out of sync with
the autogenerated Makefiles. Hence dpkg-buildpackage -b fails because
it expects usr/share/apps/ksmserver/windowmanagers/sawfish.desktop to be
built. The simplest fix is to edit the correct filename into
debian/sawfish.install by hand.
