Thanks, the horse sponge sounds good...err, is that like a big square sponge? We wet down ears and checked temps by feel (thanks, Perrin, I'm going to do a baseline this week). The water was pretty close to air temp, as I'd poured it from my water bottle several hours before. Anyway, the dogs did great, and we had so much fun!
