Greetings to the Houndsmasters, Huntsmen, and Fewterers assembled here from
eawfst Hlaford Randwulf t Blacwulveslea.

This weekend was Hero of the Chalice, hosted by the Barony of Wyvernwoode,
Trimaris. I already told you all about how we actually got our own page on the
event website. Well, we were also asked to come up in Court and report to the
populace on how the coursing went. I don't know about the rest of you, but we
normally aren't included in the Autocrat's report during Court. Kind of nice
to know that they were still thinking about us.

Also, someone asked me to autograph their Complete Anachronist. I am honored
that someone would think so highly of me, but I think it is a little weird.

OK, on to the report.

On 1 January, 2005, the Barony of Wyvernwoode held it's annual event, Hero of
the Chalice.
The course was an elongated oval of 118 paces (nearly 200 meters) and was run
counter-clockwise.
Two hounds ran, Desert Drum and Cullom, who is available for adoption.
About 15 people watched the coursing.
Desert ran the course twice, not counting when he knocked the line off the
pulleys. Cullom only coursed once, but showed excellent promise for the future.
Due to battery problems, the hounds were not able to continue coursing. This
situation was discussed by HL Randwulf and Lady Caitrin and has been corrected
for next time.

In service,
eawfst Hlaford (HL) Randwulf t Blacwulveslea
Deputy Kingdom Marshal of the Hunt, Trimaris
Site Huntsman, Hero of the Chalice
