Thank you for the well worded email and history.  I wanted to caveat my own 
words from last week -- I certainly never meant to imply that anyone should be 
kept from coursing at SCA sponsored events -- but it would be nice to allow 
groups to course as an SCA group but also as an AFSA or whatever sanctioned 
group.  Which might simply be a local issue and not something all groups want 
to do.  I think the idea in discussing it here is to make it an option.  The 
interest in coursing is making a comeback and seems to be spreading to areas 
where it has either never been, or in places it hasn't been in some time.  
*Coupling* events would allow more people to enter events, and would spark 
larger turnout.  That was my only point!
