I have a treadle sewing machine which I offer FREE to a good SCAdian
home. The treadle sewing machine is a New Home sewing machine made
in 1918. New Home's symbol was a white Greyhound. The sewing bed of
my treadle sewing machine has a decal of a running white Greyhound
and the corporate motto "Light Running."

This treadle sewing machine is in good running condition. I have
sewn with it. There are three bobbins for it and a number of
different feet. The tension adjustment is a little tricky, but I can
show you how to run it.

The wood veneer is peeling off the treadle cabinet/base. Thus, this
sewing machine is not of interest to a collector. I would be lucky
if I could get $30 for it at auction. Thus, I offer it to anyone who
is willing to come and pick it up.

I live in Philadelphia, PA. I am a few blocks off I95 exit 27, which
is one exit north of the Betsey Ross Bridge. I can email a
photograph to anyone who is interested.

Lady Rachel
