The reason there has been problems joining this coursing list is because Yahoo has considered some of the addresses spam or has found virus' in some of them and bounced them. We have no control over this.
There is no problem with another list as far as I am concerned since i am no longer active in the SCA, it would be a good idea for new owners of this list or another list be started.
