I've seen the dorsal hitch design on some of the carting websites and
think that honestly might be a better solution for him, but my
building skills probably are not up to that. A travois might be a
good intermediate step, but I also wonder if anyone's documented
period dog sleds. :D 

In the mean time, I'm going to keep clicking and treating. :D Today
it was rainy, so we worked on downstays on the porch instead....
