I don't see any errors at all in the logs. When I look at the poller log entry, I see it polling each instance that it created, which I can see in elasticfox that they are active. However the poller sees them as pending:
[FarmID: 2] 'mysql' statistics: Running=0/0, Terminated=0, Pending=1, SumLA=0, AvgLA=0 [FarmID: 2] 'www' statistics: Running=0/0, Terminated=0, Pending=1, SumLA=0, AvgLA=0 [FarmID: 2] 'app' statistics: Running=0/0, Terminated=0, Pending=1, SumLA=0, AvgLA=0 Would it help at all to increase my timeout (it is currently set at 300)? It seems odd that it never is able to determine that an instance is successfully launched.
