I have setup the open source version of scalr (RC4), and from what I can have everything running the way it should. When I launch a farm (I set it up with 1 mysql, 1 app and 1 www) I have all the instances start to come up. When viewing them in the control panel it gets as far as pending, then they terminate and try again. Watching in Elasticfox I can see the instances get created, sit active for a few minutes, then get terminated and new instances created again. I checked the logs and didn't see anything that glared out at me of what the problem was. Any ideas on this?
