Well something along the lines of "if scalr assigns instances upto the
maximum number requested ([show the number and the role]) this will
take you past your instance account limit with Amazon ([show the
instance limit if possible]). Please reduce the maximum number of
instances requested so the maximum instance count plus the minimum
instance count is no greater than your account limit."

Or words to that effect.
