upon more investigation it appears ns3.scalr.net may have had an IP
address change?

from 67.202.32.243 to 72.44.36.121 ?

When did this change?

Why isn't the correct value being propagated?

Did I miss the announcement?

Our DNS providers don't allow us to use hostnames for ns masters, they
only accept IP's. It's imperative that we be notified when any of the
scalr nameservers change IPs.
