If you are not using the ns3.scalr.net and ns4.scalr.net name servers, then
this likely affects you as well.

ns1.scalr.net and ns2.scalr.net are at the planet
ns3.scalr.net and ns4.scalr.net are in a different geographic location
(respectively ec2 us and ec2 europe)

We will add the ns3 and ns4 nameservers to all accounts by default.
