To update from 1.1 to 1.2:
1.Backup your database and all files.
2.Disable cronjobs.
3.Copy app/* to your directory with scalr.
4.Execute in shell /path_to_your_scalr/bin/upgrade-to-1.2.0.php
5.Enable cronjobs.
