[School Board] Moving Lincoln programs

I would appreciate clarification as to why the programs at Lincoln should not be moved.  Can someone give me a list of objections?  I don't understand why some Board members support  closing buildings and moving students but don't support closing Lincoln and moving those programs.  Please give me a list of factual objections.  Thanks
