for encoding a video sequence with .yuv as input . The thing which is
bothering me is that i couldn't find any tutorial which can lead me how to
setup the compiler and proceed with an example. It would be awesome if you
help me in this regard. An Explanation about how to do the setup and encode
a sequence by enforcing the parameters(changing the quant parameter/bit
rate) will clearly head me into right direction.Thank you so much for your
